Limited Capacity seats available

The journey toward establishing a cyber resilient network by the private sector, by Congress and by the Obama Administration has been a long one. Some say catastrophe awaits should we fail to both secure critical infrastructure and establish a reliable and trustworthy system for sharing cyber threat information. In less than a month NIST will release its Cyber Framework that was required by Presidential executive order. At the same time Congress is working with industry players, privacy advocates and the Administration to incentivize and indemnify companies that share information about cyber threats with law enforcement. The panel will look preview the NIST framework and bills in Congress and forecast potential obstacles for implementation. The panel will debate whether finally all stakeholders will come together to face cyber threats in a reasonable and effective way.
