Sean Turner is co-founder of IECA, Inc. and he is author or co-author of RFCs 3185, 4809, 5275, 5480, 5750-5756, and Implementing Email and Security Tokens: Current Standards, Tools, and Practices (John Wiley and Sons, 2008). He is currently co-director of the IETF Security Area. Prior to this position, he was co-chair of the XMPP and SMIME WGs. Sean received a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
